Background

Kathryn graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1990 with a double major in Business Administration and Psychology. Kathryn completed her law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School in 1995 and was called to the Bar in 1997. Kathryn is a partner. Kathryn practices insurance litigation with a focus on automobile insurance (tort, accident benefits, priority disputes and loss transfer), occupiers’ liability, product liability, coverage disputes and subrogated claims. Kathryn is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Defence Research Institute, Canadian Defence Lawyers and The Advocates’ Society. Kathryn was the Chair of the Insurance Section (CBA) in 1997 and 1998. Kathryn has spoken at various continuing legal education programs.
