Background
Troy graduated from Laurentian University with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy in 2007. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Windsor in 2010 and was called to the Bar in 2011. Prior to his call to the Bar, Troy articled with Lawson LLP. Troy practices insurance litigation with a focus on automobile insurance (tort, accident benefits and priority disputes), life insurance, occupiers’ liability and subrogation matters. Troy is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and Canadian Defence Lawyers.
