Elizabeth graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Degree in Psychology in 1988. She graduated from the University of New Brunswick Law School in 1992 and was called to the Bar in 1994. Elizabeth is a partner. Elizabeth practices insurance litigation with a focus on automobile insurance (including tort, accident benefits, priority disputes and loss transfer), occupiers’ liability, coverage disputes and subrogated claims. Elizabeth is a member of Toronto Lawyers Association, Canadian Bar Association and The Advocates’ Society.
