Background

Lynne graduated from the University of Toronto in 1982 with a Degree in Political Science and History. Lynne completed her Masters in Political Science in 1983. She graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1986 and was called to the Bar in 1988. Lynne is a partner. Lynne practices insurance litigation with a focus on motor vehicle accident liability claims, occupiers’ liability, coverage disputes, subrogation matters, product liability and social host/tavern liability. Lynne is a member of various professional organizations including Defense Research Institute, The Medico-Legal Society, The Advocates’ Society and CBAO.
