Background
Jillian graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Arts in 2002, having majored in history. She went on to complete her Masters of Arts in history at the University of Waterloo in 2004, with a focus on military history. Jillian graduated from the University of Windsor, faculty of law, in 2008, and was called to the Bar in 2009. Prior to her call, Jillian articled with Lawson LLP. Jillian practices insurance litigation with a focus on automobile insurance, property claims, occupiers’ liability and subrogation claims. Jillian is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, The Advocates’ Society, Canadian Defence Lawyers, and the Women’s Law Association of Ontario.
