Background

Patrick graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in Political Science. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Ottawa in 1998 and was called to the Bar in 2000. Patrick is a partner. Patrick practices insurance litigation with a focus on automobile insurance (tort, accident benefits, priority disputes and loss transfer), occupiers’ liability, and subrogated claims. Patrick is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Defence Research Institute, Canadian Defence Lawyers and The Advocates’ Society. He has spoken at seminars on behalf of Canadian Defence Lawyers.
