Background
Jonathan graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts in 1998 and from the Faculty of Law at the University of New Brunswick in 2001. He was called to the Newfoundland Bar in 2003 and practiced law in St. John's, Newfoundland before he moved back to Ontario in 2005. Jonathan practices insurance litigation with a focus on automobile insurance (tort, accident benefits, priority disputes and loss transfer), disability insurance, occupiers’ liability, product liability and coverage disputes. Jonathan is a member of The Ontario Bar Association and The Advocates’ Society. Jonathan was a speaker at the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association Conference in 2005. He is the author of a book entitled “Radiohead: From a Great Height”.
