Background

Chuck graduated from Dartmouth College in 1974 and from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1977.  He was called to the Bar in 1978.  Chuck is a partner. Chuck practices insurance litigation with a focus on property claims, occupiers’ liability, automobile insurance (tort), disability insurance, subrogation claims, municipal claims, coverage issues, and life insurance.  Chuck is a member of The Ontario Bar Association, The Advocates’ Society, Metropolitan Toronto Lawyers Association and Canadian Defence Lawyers.
