Background

Erin graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in 2003 with a major in Human Development.  She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University in 2007 and was called to the Bar in 2008.  Prior to her call to the bar, Erin articled with Lawson LLP.  Erin practices insurance litigation with a focus on automobile insurance (tort, accident benefits, priority disputes and loss transfer), occupiers’ liability and subrogation matters. Erin is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, The Advocates’ Society and Canadian Defence Lawyers.
